Platka Digital ("we") respects your privacy and processes personal data in accordance with Indonesian Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection.

Data we collect

• Order data: name, email, WhatsApp number (optional), order number, amount, and payment status.
• Technical data: IP address, device/browser type, and access time, for security and abuse prevention.
• Companion web app data: tracker ticks, shopping list, and weekly notes that you enter yourself.
• Advertising data: if you arrive from an ad, we record the campaign source (for example utm_source) and Meta, TikTok, or Google pixel cookies.

What the data is used for

• Processing payments and delivering the product.
• Resending access when requested.
• Answering support questions.
• Measuring ad effectiveness. Email and phone number are sent to advertising platforms as a hash (SHA-256), not as plain text.

Third parties

• Xendit for payment processing.
• An email provider (SMTP) for sending transactional emails.
• Meta, TikTok, Google for ad measurement, according to your cookie settings.

We do not sell your personal data.

Storage and security

Data is stored on servers with restricted access. System credentials are encrypted. Order data is kept for as long as needed for product access and transaction record-keeping obligations.

Your rights

You have the right to request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal data. Deleting order data will end your access to the product. Send your request to [email protected].
