Refund Policy

Our product is a digital product that can be downloaded immediately after payment. For that reason, purchases cannot be cancelled or refunded once the access link has been sent.

Exceptions

We issue a full refund if:

1. A duplicate payment was made for the same order.
2. The file cannot be accessed and our team could not fix it within 3 business days of receiving your report.
3. Money was deducted but the order was not recorded as paid and cannot be completed.

How to request

Send an email to [email protected] including your order number (format MP-...), the email used for the purchase, and proof of payment. We respond within 2 business days at most.

Refund process

Funds are returned to the buyer's bank account or e-wallet within 7 business days after the request is approved. Once a refund is processed, download and companion web app access for that order is disabled.
